The Washington Civic Center resides in the heart of our downtown area. It’s easy to find and we offer enough free and accessible parking to accommodate even the largest groups.

Washington is located at the junction of Highway 17 and 264.  The Washington Civic Center is located in downtown Washington at 110 Gladden Street, Washington, NC 27889.

Driving from the north
Follow Highway 17 South towards Washington. You’ll take Exit 180 onto Highway 264 and continue east. At Highway 17 Business, turn right/south. Turn left at the 2nd light onto Third Street.  Take 2nd right onto Gladden Street.  The Civic Center is on the southwest corner of Second and Gladden Streets.

Driving from the south
Follow Highway 17 North towards Washington. Shortly after crossing the Pamilico River, you’ll take Exit 180 onto Highway 264 and continue east. At Highway 17 Business, turn right/south. Turn left at the 2nd light onto Third Street.  Take 2nd right onto Gladden Street.  The Civic Center is on the southwest corner of Second and Gladden Streets.

Driving from the west
Follow Highway 264 East into Washington. At Highway 17 Business, turn right/south. Turn left at the 2nd light onto Third Street.  Take 2nd right onto Gladden Street.  The Civic Center is on the southwest corner of Second and Gladden Streets.
